Finding it hard to control what happens on your computer?
The computer mouse is one of those input devices that allow you
to interact with your computer. The better the mouse, the more control
you'll have over what happens on your computer. Computer mice come in
all kinds of flavors, styles and sensitivities. While most optical mice
can track between 400 dpi and 800 dpi, a laser mouse can track up to
2,000 dpi.

Most people are still using a mouse that has a rubber
ball. These are virtually extinct. They have been replaced by more sensitve
devices: the optical and the laser mouse. Optical mice use an LED light
which can be used on any flat surface, with or without a mousepad. The
laser mouse uses a laser that is way more accurate than an optical mouse.
Increased sensitivity means it can track the smallest of movements which
is measured in dots-per-inch (dpi). Recommendation: Unless you're
a serious gamer, 400 dpi is probably more than enough for the average
user.
